We had a special guest, Hybrid Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, LA Ratio.
Coach LA, is currently the S & C Coach of San Beda College Basketball, perennial contenders in the NCAA basketball tournament.
After Physical Therapy School, he ventured into Strongman and powerlifting training, that eventually led in honing his S & C Coaching skills.
The language spoken was a mix of English and Tagalog.
Strengthening in Rehabilitation was also discussed together with a few guidelines on exercising while on quarantine.
