Episode 3 of the Movement Revolution Podcast: Talk on Strengthening for Rehabilitation

For the third episode of the Movement Revolution Podcast,

We had a special guest, Hybrid Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, LA Ratio.

Coach  LA, is currently the S & C Coach of San Beda College Basketball,  perennial contenders in the NCAA basketball tournament.

After  Physical Therapy School, he ventured into Strongman and powerlifting  training, that eventually led in honing his S & C Coaching skills.

The language spoken was a mix of English and Tagalog.

Strengthening in Rehabilitation was also discussed together with a few guidelines on exercising while on quarantine.

Audio  was not as perfect as I would have liked because it was not a face to  face interview, but I hope you are still able to learn a few things from  what were discussed.
