Author, speaker, TV presenter, businessman, adventurer and family man - Ben Fogle would seem to be the personification of confidence but still he had and has challenges which he faces in life from imposter syndrome to lacking confidence to trying and failing in different areas but one thing that Ben never let get in his way was fear. Whatever challenge has been in front of him he's tackled head on whether that's getting frostbite in the artic or contracting a rare skin disease. If 2020 is the year for you then make sure you "add life to your days and not days to your life".
