EN. This is a practice of focus, balance and determination. Ujjāyī (उज्जायी) is sanskrit for ‘victorious’. This breathing exercise is also often referred to as the oceanic breath because of the slow flow of sound generated by the controlled in- and exhales. This will leave you centered and at peace. Enjoy.
