The Mountain Music Happy Hour is a Value 4 Value music show where we automatically switch to the artists’ wallet when playing their songs. This week’s Mountain Music Happy Hour kicks off with Rock’N’Roll Breakheart setting the tone before we dive into a mix of fresh indie sounds and feel-good jams. We hear the Johner Boys howling at the moon, Arthur Yoria’s gritty anthem “We Are The Rat,” and Jessie Lark bringing the good vibes with “Rainbows.”
Ben Doerfel and Jawbone take us on a late-night ride with “Night Shift” and “Horizons Of Hope,” followed by the soulful “Accidental Grace” from Raymond Hayden. DJ Yo! switches gears with the hypnotic “Schatzki’s Ring,” and Matt the Tall brightens things up with “Sunny.” Hurling Pixels keeps the momentum with “Authorized Artifact” before we slide into our V4V segment, highlighting Saturday streamers and boosters.
The back half is packed with more standout tracks: Caroline Hale’s energetic “Kick It,” Survival Guide’s catchy “Get Your Don’t” — with the exciting announcement that Em of Survival Guide will join us on May 10th for Episode 48! — plus killer tunes from Scott OBrien, Adam Kirkup, FM Rodeo, and Sara Jade.
We close out the night with a Fonda Brothers block featuring Miles, Ryan, and Seth Fonda each bringing their unique styles, and cap it all off with Rock’N’Roll Breakheart’s “I Have the Brains.” Another good time, another great lineup! 🎶🍻
