We round up this year's FIM Motocross Of African Nations where South Africa were crowned the overall champions followed by Zimbabwe and Zambia in what was a spectacular weekend of racing at Zone 7 Speedspot in Cape Town, South Africa.

We speak to sports journalist Shafic Kiyaga of Uganda's Pulse Magazine to find out how the country fared in the competition where they finished fifth overall.

And, we catch up with former South Africa team manager Sheldon Watkins, who competed in the veterans category in Cape Town.
