I'm Stephen Wells, I've been involved in this community for decades (!) through clubs in Australia and the UK. I am an alumni of the Jim Russell Racing Drivers School at Snetterton Circuit in the UK and have organised major events and club runs over the years including being President or Vice President of many.
Motoring Weekly has been delivering content since 2008 either as a podcast or long-form articles. It took a hiatus in 2020 and is now back to support a great community.

This recording of an interview with Geoff was made earlier in the year and it primarily discusses the work of the Australian Motor Heritage Foundation and highlights their Economic Value Study that has estimated the impact of the historic road and racing community on the economy of the country. It is clear that owners of classic cars contribute a huge amount to the local communities they live in. Something that Governments at every level should be aware of - as well as local businesses.
