As African American women, most of us were not taught how to live in the space of generational wealth. We were often taught how to live paycheck to paycheck. However, when you start to make the money that you deserve, how does that look for us?
These are the types of conversations that we need have with each other.
I think back to Black Wall Street and how our forefathers thrived. I am not talking about how the enemies came and tried to break their spirits. I am talking about the way they were making a difference in their own communities and creating generational wealth. They were doing the dang on thing. They were walking, talking, and living wealthy.
