What does it mean to protect your peace?: It all starts with creating an environment that is healthy for your heart, mind, body, and soul. Protecting your peace means creating a safe space both internally and externally where you will be able to thrive and be productive.
Did you know that there are people in the world that enjoy actually enjoy seeing other people be miserable?
Here are a few tips that I would like to share to help you protect your peace.
1. Pay attention to your emotional triggers.
2. Let go of the people that are negative in your life.
3. Social media is a peace killer.
4. Take some time out for yourself.
5. Put things in order in your life.
