7. Building A Healthy Lifestyle As a New (Or Seasoned!) Mama

Hey mama, 

In this episode I talk you through my experience of finally building a healthy lifestyle as a new mom. Honestly, being as busy as I am with a VERY ACTIVE 16-month old, I felt like it would be impossible to have the time to spend on myself. I was wrong! It just takes a little extra planning but it's 100% do-able! 

In this episode I cover: 

1. Why I decided to make a change 

2. What healthy eating looks like to me 

3. Tips on how to start planning your own healthy meal plan

4. My experience with sweets and treats *spoiler, I still eat them*

5. Using the "minimum" mindset when creating a fitness routine 

6. My keys for fitness: enjoyability, flexibility, realistic, and consistent

In my next episode I plan to dive into the ways that I have started taking care of my mental health and give you an actionable plan on how you can start making small changes in order to get to a better headspace, even on the most stressful days. Can't wait to share it with you!
