Adika Crémet is a global educator, advocate, and Third Culture Kid (TCK) with a rich multicultural heritage—Irish, Japanese, Indonesian, and Dutch roots—who has spent nearly 20 years shaping international education and nearly 8 in leadership roles. A UN Young Leader alumna and passionate advocate for human rights, inclusion, sustainability, and multilateral diplomacy, she believes in the power of values-driven action to create lasting impact for future generations.

Adika Crémet is an international educator and leadership advocate with nearly 20 years of experience in schools across the globe. A true third culture kid with Irish, Japanese, Indonesian, and Dutch roots, she brings a deeply multicultural lens to her work. Currently based in Hanoi, she serves in a leadership role at the United Nations International School (UNIS), where she champions inclusive education, psychological safety, and heart-centered teaching — a philosophy she calls “Educaring.”

A UN Young Leader alumna, Adika is passionate about human rights, sustainability, and multilateral diplomacy. Her lived experience as a global citizen fuels her mission to empower future generations through empathy, intentionality, and a holistic approach to learning.
