I speak with Mosaic Artist David Chidgey from San Antonio, Texas about using ceramics in his mosaics. He is a former graduate from the University of Texas with a degree in Political Science and Foreign Languages. He also did graduate School in  Psychology and spent most of  his career working in the special education field. He currently has his mosaic studio from his residence in San Antonio were he teaches and creates very original mosaic art pieces with ceramics and  beautiful glass. He is also known for his wonderful mosaic mandalas and his unique style. He likes to explore materials with texture, light, brilliant colors and creates his own language when setting down his own personalized pieces. He is an extraordinary person that goes beyond just making very unique mosaics.
