Nigeria's New Service Chiefs

On this episode. Sheriff Quadry engages his audience on the the the new appointed security chiefs by Nigeria's president Muhammadu Buhari.

Recall that Nigeria has been battling terrorist groups Boko Haram and ISWAP in the northern region of the country. The prolonged battle has raised questions on the ability of the former service chiefs. Stakeholders in the country had mounted immense pressure on Buhari to let the service chiefs go because, according to them, they had nothing new to add to the military's strategy in fighting the terrorists.

On Tuesday, January 26, Buhari announced the resignation of the service chiefs and appointed new set of chiefs to lead the Nigeria's military's offensive against insurgents.

How do the people feel about this development?
