The federal has issued ultimatum to Nigerians without a National Identity Number to register for it and get their NIN linked with the mobile numbers.

The challenge is that the federal government is issuing this ultimatum in the middle of the struggle with Covid 19 pandemic.

Some Nigerians have vowed not torisk their lives in the name of getting registered. Many more others crowd up the very few registration centers in a bid to beat the deadline.
