
this week, we’re unpacking perfectionism—not to get rid of it, but to understand it and actually embrace it. i share some takeaways from a book i'm loving right now, The Perfectionist’s Guide to Losing Control, which breaks down the five types of perfectionists. TLDR - the more you learn about your own perfectionist style, the more you can see it as a strength, rather than a weakness. this is a work in progress for me and this book is totally helping me reframe.
