Byron Konia (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Porou, Dutch) shares his journey to now holding a dual role as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Māori Advisor.

He shares his whakaaro through the lense of his mahi on the challenges the industry of the extreme weather patterns and the current political environment.
