Annie Willems has been a doula for the last 17 years and came across my TikTok feed during my pregnancy. I gravitated towards what she had to say because she answered so many of the questions I have as a first-time mom preparing for delivery (any day now!!) and she did so in a way that was permission-filled and peaceful.
