While other people have perceived me to lead a healthy lifestyle with my diet and exercise, it's really been a beard for body image issues that created an all-consuming eating disorder. I ate a lot of cauliflower rice and while it seemed healthy, it became a problem--- and not for how it made me smell. This is the story of where my battle with food, body image, and exercise began and how I've begun to work towards healing those relationships
