His three guests, who are all teaching or have taught Constitutional Law, are Jeffrey Abramson, a professor of law and government at the University of Texas; Melissa Murray, a professor at NYU Law and a co-host of the podcast “Strict Scrutiny”; and journalist Dahlia Lithwick, who chronicles the court for Slate.
