
Society, social media, celebrities, movies, and shows all feed us constant images of perfection and happiness. We look at people through a screen wondering why our lives aren't as great as someone else's and wondering why everyone around us seems to be so happy without a flicker of anxiety or depression. The reality is, we're all struggling, but we all do a good f*cking job of hiding it because we've been conditioned to.
