Actively Being Human - Interview mit Michael J. Stewart

In the first episode, I speak with Michael J. Stewart, the founder of Shanta Vira Yoga, about the core ideas of the yoga style he has inspired. This method focuses on deepening the relationship with oneself, so we can relate to the world: How can I be in the world with all of its beauty and joy, but also with its challenges, difficulties, and problems? How do I want to meet other people and living beings? How can I remain capable of action and actively transform the world? The answer to these questions is also the essence of Shanta Vira Yoga: actively being human. In the first episode, we explore what this actually means. Here, we set the foundation from which the following episodes will unfold.
