Last week we went to The Hague, Netherlands to have our Second Clingendael-Elcano Roundtable on EU affairs. The Netherlands and Spain are usually on opposite sides of the debates but with the exit of the UK there is now space to collaborate. This is a summary of our discussions under the Chatham House rule.
