This is where Veena Jetti steps in, the founder of Vive Funds who offers people the ability to invest in real estate passively. She talks about how her successful company, which already owns over 1 billion dollars worth of real estate properties, invests in commercial real estate assets. Along with being a real estate guru, she specializes in business development and corporate strategy, and in 2017, she was one of only three women to receive the Politico Woman of the Year award for her support during the Hurricane Harvey crisis.
