J'ai eu la chance de suivre le projet, d'y participer et d'échanger à de nombreuses reprises à son propos avec Hamady Bocoum qui en a été le premier directeur. Nous avons porté avec Hamady plusieurs projets d'exposition croisés. J'ai toujours eu un grand plaisir à échanger avec Hamady sur le patrimoine, le rôle du musée et sa vision des cultures africaines.
