Anna is an Author, International Speaker and Self-Improvement Coach. Her service is enhanced by a degree in Psychology and Board certifications in Neuro-linguistic Programming; TimeLine Therapy; and Hypnotherapy.
In the past Anna has worked with newcomers to Canada and segments of the troubled population. Having counselled at-risk clientele; battered spouses; and others, Anna is provided with the exclusive perspective into the trauma experience. Also, having been married to a former soldier diagnosed with PTSD allows for the insight and the framework for Anna's concern and counsel to spouses providing caregiver service.
Through speaking engagements, presentations, group facilitation, mentoring, and empowering, Anna ensures all clients harness and reign in their chaotic traumas and re-enter society living better lives.
