Hi, I’m Jam. I'm a mother of three, married for 13 years, a registered nurse, photographer, and entrepreneur. While I wear many hats, being a mom has shaped me the most—and it hasn’t always been easy.

Motherhood is one of life's most rewarding yet hardest roles, and it’s easy to lose yourself in the process. I’ve had my fair share of mental health struggles that made the journey even tougher, but through it all, I’ve learned the importance of healing, self-discovery, and leaning on a supportive community.

That’s why I created Mom Talk—a space for moms (and anyone navigating life’s struggles) to connect, share, and know they’re not alone. Motherhood, mental health, and life are hard, but you don’t have to walk through them alone. Let’s talk, heal, and grow together.

Mom Talk is more than a blog—it's my heartfelt journey of healing, self-discovery, and prioritizing happiness for the first time. This is where I share my experiences, challenges, and triumphs as a mother, a woman, and an individual. It's a safe space to discuss the highs and lows of motherhood, mental health, relationships, and personal growth. Join me in this empowering journey of embracing imperfections and celebrating the beauty of life.
