If you are struggling with your mental health…it is ok to get help!
I did a few sessions with BetterHelp. They have a ton of options such as zoom sessions, chat, or telephone sessions, and you can attend group therapy on a number of different topics. I have also heard people mention TalkSpace. While I have not tried them out for myself, I recommend doing some research and find an option that fits your needs.
