I am so excited to introduce our next guest, a wonderful mama, and an incredibly talented singer / songwriter Audrey of @audreyandnathan music!

As a new mom, the first year of motherhood is beautiful yet challenging in so many ways. After Audrey's daughter was born she began writing music and it soon became an outlet for her to express what she had been feeling internally throughout her motherhood journey. The lyrics and delivery of her songs with her husband Nathan have captured so many of the feelings and emotions of new moms around the world.
