Sean Koh is a personal trainer and exercise physiologist for a combined 10 years, working with thousands of people during this time. Previously used to compete and coach in Bodybuilding, Powerlifting & Olympic Weightlifting but now have chosen to specialize in helping ladies feel strong and confident through training. He has a podcast called the Hourglass Project where he shares ways to get unstuck and build momentum in your fitness journey.
