Lillian is a model and nutritionist. She has been a model for 5 years, working in Australia and Europe, and is now based in London. Before she became a model, she studied nutrition at university. Her passion for nutrition comes from her love of food & health, as well as her personal struggles with body image and disordered eating, back when she was a teenager. She recently combined her knowledge of nutrition and experience as a model to launch Model Nutrition on Instagram and TikTok. She uses these platforms to educate models about healthy eating, body image, and the importance of nourishing your body well!
