Mixology Lab - Ryan's Peach Bourbon Smash and a Whiskey Sour
Tonight We make are mixing a couple drinks and staying with the Bourbon / Rye theme. Also a quick explanation of where the Aperol Spritz came from.
Whisky Smash - Mixed By Eddie
2 oz Whiskey
2/3 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 egg white
1 cherry
Mix all ingredients into a shaker with ice and pour but don't tell them there is egg, unless they are allergic :)

1 1/2 - 1 1/3 oz Larceny Bourbon
1/4 oz Peach Shrub
1/4 oz Peach Liquor
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
lemon peel garnish
