Dating and encouragement advice for single women over 40's and 50's who were dealing with the ups and downs on Dating. At 44, I was in a "happy" relationship, engaged to a person that I thought he was The One in my life. At 45, my dreams of marriage and a family came crashing down in a worst way possible when my now ex-fiancee has a double life and a daunting secret. At 46, I tried to move on, but also failed to get other things. Now in 2023 I'm giving advice where ever I can find on my stories and every women's stories for as a cautionary tale for young women as well.

Season 3 Episode 4: Finding Your Own Voice

*Warning* This Episode contains topics that aren't suitable for young listeners.

One of my favorite movies is The Color Purple. We're going to chat about the main protagonist Celie and how she identifies in some or all of what she endures to us, Black Women and how to overcome our struggles with trauma, disconnection and horrible events in our lives. Finding our own voices and step into our destiny and be comfortable in our own identity.
