In high school, Hailey had a strong passion to learn about the car world! She was anxious to learn but, nervous to ask questions & not wanting to sound dumb to those that "knew it all." 

This episode Hailey gives context on her motivation of being apart of the MissManual Roster.  Too many people in the car scene belittling those who are just starting out. This creates many lingering effects where it's perceived to be a tall wall of entry to step foot into the industry.
