I explore what it means to extend grace to ourselves when we don't have the capacity to "do it all," and how uncomfortable (but necessary) it can be to put our own well-being first, especially if you’ve been conditioned to people-please or overachieve.We talk about the courage it takes to say, “This is what I have capacity for today, and that is enough."
