Using industry and academic research, and insights from the workforce, the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) created the Innovation Competencies and Skills Model. The model includes a self-assessment and personalized learning recommendations based on assessment results. This video introduces viewers to several members of the Innovate to Win (Phase I ) team, describes the Innovate to Win initiative, as well as provides an overview of the Innovation Competencies and Skills model, self-assessment, and curated learning pathways. It concludes with an invitation for viewers to participate.
