In this episode, we dive into conversation with Sushrut who cares to chart a different path. Sushrut founded 'Hammer and Mop' at the age of nineteen - post dropping out of an instrumentation engineering course - and operated as a first mover in the nascent Indian real estate services market. After five operational years and a successful exit, he worked in leadership roles (eCommerce, human resource management, marketing) in organisations operating across real estate services, luxury retail and research communication. Presently, Sushrut has taken a break from work and stepped onward to school at the University of Amsterdam, in order to cement his practical lessons with an academic base. He complements his business studies with interdisciplinary courses, since life sciences and humanities have always held his curiosity.
