She is a familiar face from the television screen. Successful, proven, with all the opportunities to stay in her comfort zone. But choices lead her to the blank page, to write and rewrite herself...

She is Galya Shtarbeva and she is the author of the show "Da hvanesh gorata" (To Embrace the Wilderness).

She has been working at NOVA for 25 years as a journalist, anchor of the main news program, and producer of "The Topic of Nova". She is the author of numerous award-winning documentaries. She produced "City of Dreams", which is the first documentary film screened in multiplex cinemas in Bulgaria. She completed a course in directing and producing at the London Film Academy and has been part of several documentary programs. Besides making a show together, in 2012 she and Lora Krumova created a Master's program in journalism, production, and finance.
