I’ve never shared anything like this before… but it’s something I practise a lot in my own life to help me slow down, be more present, and regulate my nervous system when the stress of life piles on 🌱💭

This guided breathing and grounding exercise is designed to give you a few minutes of calm. A chance to pause, breathe, and remember that you are safe, you are strong, and you are enough even in the messy, overwhelming moments we all face 💕

It’s not about “switching off” your brain or being perfect at meditation. It’s about giving yourself permission to just be, to let go of the noise, and reconnect with yourself.
