Welcome to our October Around the Grounds, where we will look at the latest legislation updates and what that means for employers and businesses. In this episode, we will discuss the up-and-coming Psychosocial Regulation changes to ACT and SA and when they come into effect.

We will be looking at the changes NSW are bringing in regarding the massive increase in penalties and the most significant proposed changes to the WHS Act that looks at introducing section 244B- State of Mind and what that looks like and means for business.
