
Burnout is just an overachiever word for depression (usually induced by work). I have had symptoms, obvious ones, for months. People even told me what it might be, but depression wasn’t in my dictionary, it wasn’t in my universe. I ignored the symptoms until my mind clearly said “no, we are going to address these issues.”
