In 2017, Tanisha reversed her mother's diabetes with a plant-based diet + lifestyle. Before we made the switch to Plant-Based her medications weren't working, she was lethargic, experiencing blurred vision, and worst of all, she was miserable.

Tanisha finally decided, she didn’t want to see her living like this. “I put us both on a Plant-Based Diet and decided we're going to change for the better. It's the best decision I've ever made.”
