For me it started when life was extremely chaotic, the only thing I thought of is the worst, What if, Maybe… all negative thoughts, I never stopped thinking. Anticipating grief, going through life changes, it was non stop for me. I became a therapist and started my healing journey, and started working on being more mindful towards my life.
