Mindfulness and a Positive Mindset: A conversation with author and educator Daniel Olcsvary
In this episode I talk with early educator and author, Daniel Olcsvary. Daniel has been a teacher in early childhood for over 19 years. His experience in the classroom led him to learn about mindfulness. He began to practice mindful techniques like mediation and found it gave him a new way of viewing the world and a way to deal with stress. His interest grew deeper and he eventually began to share the practices with his students. Daniel shares with us tips for parents or anyone who works with children. He also shares about his new book Max The Magnet. This wonderful story teaches chidlren the power of a positive mindset. Tune in to learn more.
