Being Kind To Ourselves: Teaching our children to talk kindly to themselves starts with us.
In this episode I talk about the struggle to be kind to ourselves. I have noticed a trend in my classes that children and teens struggle to compliment themselves. I recently taught a full week of classes focused on saying kind things and found that many students could not say something nice about themselves. As I thought about this I realized I struggle with this too. This got me thinking about how I can help change that. Tune in to learn about how I am challenging myself to be a catalyst to change this for myself and the children in my life. Join me in this challenge and we can help ourselves and our kids to have positive self talk. Soundtracks by Jon Acuff https://soundtracksbook.com
