The Best of MBM: The Use of Psychedelics to Treat PTSD

In this summer's "The Best of MBM" series we replay our first episode about psychedelic-assisted therapy that aired in July 2023. Greg Rennie interviewed Dr. Mandeep Singh. The use of psychedelic drugs in treating PTSD and depression (among other issues) is becoming a reality and when legal or unscheduled, psychedelic medicine will change how we treat patients. Greg sits down with Psychiatrist Dr. Singh and discuss the therapeutic use of cannabis, psilocybin, ketamine and MDMA for a wide range of mental health issues. Dr. Singh will share his experience treating veterans for PTSD. After the interview, Greg and Rob will chat about what they got from the interview.
