Shankman currently leads the ShankMinds Breakthrough Network, which is an online mastermind of thought leaders and business experts, and he hosts a popular podcast on ADHD called Faster Than Normal. The podcast focuses on how ADHD can be used as a gift or superpower rather than a hinderance.
