Rhiannon juggles a much loved side hustle as a yoga teacher alongside a full time job in the legal industry as a Consulting Manager. Having attended yoga classes for years purely as a form of exercise, Rhiannon soon discovered the benefits of a regular practice on her mental health and wanted to learn more.
