Seerut K. Chawla, London based trauma informed informed psychotherapist, joins me on the show as we unpack family dynamics, attachment, trauma, our shadow self, and so much more. It was such a complete conversation I had a really difficult time trying to pinpoint what to even call the episode! Seerut breaks down attachment styles, digs deep into our human messiness and explains how our shadow self, the part of us that is largely unconscious, made up of our old wounds, reactivity, etc. is needed for our whole person healing.
