I am not what happened to me, I am what I chose to become” - Carl Jung
I welcome you all to the 5th episode of my podcast “Mind Mastery – A ray of hope", the show that shares real-life extraordinary stories of ordinary people about their determination, persistence and never giving up!
My mantra in life that I really believe and live in my day to day is a Japanese proverb (nanakorobi yaoki) which translates to fall down seven times stand up eight. It means choosing to never give up hope and always try for more. It means that your focus isn’t on the reality in front of you but on a greater vision that may not be reality yet.
And this story is just about that, failing and yet getting up again and again and again! Thank you Dr. Meenal Chauhan for being my guest and giving your ray of hope to all the listeners :)
Today’s episode is the last of this season. I am really thankful to each one of my listener’s for showing your love. Keep smiling and stay safe. I will be back soon with new ideas and stories for our season 2. Stay tuned !
Come, listen and be inspired.

Imagine a world in which you know what your dream is and know that you can achieve it. You’re taking steps actively towards reaching your dream and even with challenges on the way, you know you’ll get there in the end. It can be difficult and there may be moments of doubt. But deep down, it’s the belief in yourself that will keep you working towards your dreams. Such is the story of our guest today. He had the idea. He had the passion. He dreamed about it and believed in himself.
