Christine Alfred is self proclaimed "pyschonaut" who cohosts a podcast on Mental Health & Plant Medicine, she's also a mom, fiancé, personal trainer, business owner, & a fierce & vibrant soul. Christine was born in the Marshall Islands, an isolated island in the Pacific Ocean, a beautiful country still suffering the aftermath of the US formerly using the land for nuclear testing. Christine was forced to leave her island home at the age of 4 and move to a small town in lowa, leaving her Father, siblings, & her culture behind.
