05: Pain and painkiller

Pain is not actually a disease but it gives a signal that something is going wrong in our body thus indicates the early stages of the disease. During pain, the body naturally releases painkiller(endorphins) to reduce pain, stress, and helps to manage the pain.  High usage of painkiller pills may cut off the signal that the body needs to communicate and suppress the endorphins which may affect the body's tolerance level of pain. So use painkillers when is really needed and tolerate the pain when the pain is manageable if you could not tolerate then try inducing endorphins release by giving any form of physical activities to the body. Give your fullest attention to each and every information that your body communicates to you. Physical and mental health is more important than the money you earn. You no need to spend so much money to spend in the hospital if you give importance and care to your body every single day.
